As a faculty member in the College of Education, I teach courses in the undergraduate Elementary Education and graduate Special Education programs. I also coordinate the undergraduate Special Education add-on licensure program and engage in scholarly research and service to the university, community, and profession.

In this role, I support the development and dissemination of high-quality online resources about evidence-based instructional and behavioral practices. To date, I have been on the development team for twelve IRIS modules and served as lead developer on five of those.

As a member of the district-level special education leadership team, I facilitated professional development, offered direct coaching for teachers in separate setting classrooms, and provided consultation specific to supporting students with autism in pre-k through grade 12.
